Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We happily accept returns in their original condition—unused, unworn, and unaltered—with tags and liners attached for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned package. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (excluding our welcome code) are final sale unless otherwise specified.
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer FREE Express shipping through Canada Post.
Express Shipping in Canada: 1-7 days (depending on destination)
U.S Shipping:
We offer FREE Express shipping to the United States.
Express International: 4-10 days
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping through Canada Post. Patti Jane Swim does not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Tracked Packet: 6-10 business days
Express: 4-7 business days
Faulty/Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at pattijaneswim@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).
