Due to the limited quantity of products produced as a small, growing business, all purchases are final sale at this time. We will revisit this policy in the near future.
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Domestic Shipping:
We offer Expedited, Priority and Express shipping through Canada Post.
Expedited Shipping in Canada: 1-7 days (depending on destination)
Priority: 1 business day
Express: 1-3 days
U.S Shipping:
We offer Expedited, Tracked Packet and Express shipping to the United States through Canada Post.
Expedited Shipping: 4-7 days
Express: 2-3 days
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping through Canada Post. Patti Jane Swim does not cover international customs clearance fees or duties that your package may be subject to. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Tracked Packet: 6-10 business days
Express: 4-7 business days
Faulty/Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at pattijaneswim@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).
