Can I exchange or return my order?
At this time, all purchases are FINAL SALE. We are currently a small business with very limited inventory. We will revisit this policy in the near future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at pattijaneswim@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee your change request.
What if I entered the incorrect address?
If you have entered an incorrect address please email us at pattijaneswim@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct this for you but there is no guarantee. If the order has already shipped, we cannot make any changes.
What if my package is lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If there is something wrong with your order please email us at pattijaneswim@gmail.com with your name, order number and a quick description of the issue.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Can I cancel my order?
Once orders have been placed, we work quickly to ensure all orders are processed and packed ASAP! Given that, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from pattijaneswim@gmail.com with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Duties & Customs
Patti Jane Swim is not responsible for duties and other customs charges. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Where is Patti Jane Swim made?
All Patti Jane Swim is designed in Canada, and manufactured in Bali and China. Our production factories were carefully chosen to guarantee high-quality standards, quality workmanship, respectful working conditions, and premium fabrics.
Fabrics
Patti Jane Swim is designed to make you feel at home in what you wear. Our pieces are made using high-quality recycled fabrics that feel soft, supportive, and made to move with you.
Our first collection, Patti’s House, was created using recycled REPREVE™ nylon and elastane. Our newer collections, including our latest styles, are made with recycled nylon and spandex — chosen for their durability, comfort, and flattering fit.
Are your practices sustainable and ethical?
We design Patti Jane Swim with longevity and thoughtful production in mind. Our collections are made using recycled materials, including recycled nylon and spandex, to reduce environmental impact while maintaining a premium feel.
Our first collection featured REPREVE™ nylon, made from recycled materials such as post-consumer waste and plastic bottles. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to sourcing better materials and creating pieces that are made to be worn, lived in, and kept.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. With a few exceptions.
What size should I order?
